Stedham Electronics Corporation warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and proper usage, for a period of 18 months after the date of delivery.  Such failed products returned at Buyers expense within this  period will be repaired or replaced.  This warranty is in lieu of and excluding any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy.  Stedham Electronics Corporation will not be liable for any other damages, either direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, or as a result of Buyer’s misuse or negligence of the products. 

While we provide application assistance personally and through our literature and Web-Site, it is up to the customer to determine the suitability of the product in the application.  While we take great care to design our products, there is a chance some products may eventually fail.  Stedham Electronics Corporation therefore, does not recommend the installation of electronic controls as the SOLE device for the protection of personnel.  The customer should build appropriate redundancies using approved safety devices. 

Stedham Electronics Corporation warrants that the goods sold are as described, but no promise, description, affirmation of fact, sample model or representation, oral or written shall be part of an order, unless set forth in these terms and conditions, or are in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Stedham Electronics Corporation.
